Position: Student Advisor
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on strategic projects with various educational institutions, that are globally ranked and highly acclaimed.
- Connect with and counsel students for our partner Institutes and/or for our specialized educational events.
- Be a subject matter expert: Be intimately familiar with the programs and the career outcomes offered by institutes.
- Attend online training sessions that are organized by the institutes or our internal trainers.
- Be an integral part of Zista’s events and planning teams.
- Get familiar with the cloud-based CRM and productivity platforms we use.
- Prepare a regular activity report, that tracks the progress you made vs. the plan you prepared, in conjunction with your line manager
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidates who have a degree in hotel management or psychology, will be given preference.
Experience: 2-4 years’ work experience in Education Counseling space.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Meticulous attention to detail, timeliness of task completion and deadline adherence.

Position: Country Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, facilitating & executing projects for Israel University
- Focus on student recruitment initiatives, work & support student through the entire process
- Assist with organizing India visits for University personnel, facilitating press conferences etc.
- Communication with assigned University over phone/Skype call
- Design & implement business development plan to achieve results
- Organize and participate in marketing & promotional activities. Prepare a regular activity report, that tracks the progress you made vs. the plan you prepared, in conjunction with your line manager
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Sciences or Masters preferred. You have an Engineering Degree.
Experience: 3+ years’ work experience in Education space
