If you already have a bachelor’s degree, this fast-track program allows you to earn an associate’s degree in less time. Students receive the same depth of culinary education, without repeating general education requirements completed elsewhere.

The Associates of Applied Sciences (A.A.S.) degree can be the first step toward achieving professional goals. Our program uniquely fuses the art and science of cooking with an introduction to critical business management practices.

Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry (21 months)

Baking and Pastry; It’s one part art, one part science. Kendall’s Baking and Pastry program is designed to deliver superior culinary training and impart applied business skills. Graduates of this program go on to work in bakeries, patisseries, restaurants and hotel kitchens, food corporations and more.
