Founded in 2018 by a passionate group of changemakers, ZISTA began with a singular mission — to make a meaningful impact on the education ecosystem. From students and parents to schools, colleges, and universities, our focus has always been on enabling informed choices, fostering innovative learning, and empowering educators.

For decades now, Anand has been committed to learning and education in the K-12 (while also dabbling in higher education) system. Adding to his multifaceted experience—including leadership roles in technology consulting, pioneering schools and EdTech giants—Anand has trained over a thousand teachers and coached leaders from nearly a hundred schools across India.

In 2025, we are proud to unite the vision of Zista and the expertise of Anand to co-create 3E4I – Elevating Education to Excellence for Impact. This dedicated Learning & Development vertical is committed to strengthening school systems, advancing educator capabilities, and driving future-ready teaching practices.
